Nilesh Savkoor is the Chief Product and Technology Officer of VistaXM and is responsible for platform, experience and technology development. He brings over 20+ years of experience in engineering, consulting services, product management, business strategy, and customer development. Nilesh has been a key driver of VistaXM’s hypergrowth, leading its early technology strategy, building the CX as managed service platform and expanding VistaXM’s partnerships in the Customer Experience Management & AI/ML ecosystem.

Nilesh’s thrives on building scalable service experiences and excels at taking complexity out of day-to-day technology use, to deliver customer delight. His passion for Customer Experience stems from his years of work with global Enterprise and Midmarket brands, where he developed and deployed solutions that help brands routinely outcompete their peers with an acute focus on customer listening, engagement and retention.

Prior to joining VistaXM, Nilesh was the Head of Product for Network-as-a-service (NaaS) at Cisco. He has also held leadership roles in Product Management, Professional Services & Product Marketing at companies like Aruba Networks, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, KodaCloud & Cisco. Nilesh holds an MSEE from the University of South Florida & an Executive MBA from UC Berkeley Haas & Columbia Graduate School of Business.
